LEBANON - Downtown Lebanon will deck its halls with new lighted Christmas displays this year, the Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce has decided. The Chamber is working with Partners for Progress and the city of Lebanon to purchase 40 new lighted displays and 20 unlighted holiday banners to hang along Main Street through town.
