    The Thank You Quilters, a local quilting group that makes quilts for soldiers at Ft. Hood who have returned from duty with injuries, was honored by Ft. Hood soldiers on Friday for their service. The group has taken about 219 quilts to the wounded soldiers over the last year and they hope to make another trip before the year is up, said Cedar Park Audrey Winters, who founded the group.
