All the other women convicted in this case got handed "get out of jail early" cards - Kathy Boudin, by a gullible parole board; Susan Rosenberg and Linda Sue Evans, via full pardons from President Bill Clinton as he left office. That they were wrongly turned loose is no justification for another miscarriage of justice, however. (New York Post -- Opinions)

NEW YORK - Victor Rabinowitz, a lawyer who represented leftist causes and clients such as Alger Hiss, the Black Panthers, Fidel Castro, and Weather Underground member Kathy Boudin, has died at 96. In 1982 Garbus won a ruling from the appellate division in Brooklyn, which covers Queens, which moved the trial of Brink's robbery suspect Kathy Boudin from Rockland County to nearby Orange County. Boudin was convicted of murder and robbery and sent to prison. (Newsday)
