    Parrot said he is the Johnny Appleseed of Paddlefish and is trying to find local lakes and quarries to allow him to stock the bodies of water with a fish he said will supply not only good natural meat, but also caviar from the eggs. Parrot agreed his idea is in the early stages, but he has completed a great deal of study along with Dr. Steven Mims of Kentucky State University who is an expert on the fish and was also at Tuesday's meeting.     A new ultraviolet mosaic from NASA's Galaxy Evolution Explorer shows a speeding star that is leaving an enormous trail of "seeds" for new solar systems. The star, named Mira (pronounced my-rah) after the latin word for "wonderful," is shedding material that will be recycled into new stars, planets and possibly even life as it hurls through our galaxy.
