    Sure, well, after my 4-hour session in Basic Life Support and my 2-hour session of phlebotomy, I would be able to effectively, albeit awkwardly, deliver CPR to the collapsed individual and draw a vial of blood if I had that equipment to draw blood, or much less a reason.
