    U.S. Bureau of Land Management officials said they plan to remove 11,500 wild horses and burros from the range over each of the next three years because booming numbers of the animals are damaging the range.     GREEN RIVER -- A Houston-based energy company is proposing to construct a 42-mile pipeline to move condensate out of the Pinedale Anticline natural gas field to a terminal located south of LaBarge, according to Bureau of Land Management officials.
