    Tlingit language learning to expand  Oct 4, 2009

    Tlingit language survey under way  Jun 16, 2009
    With a federal grant from the Administration for Native Americans, STA formulated a seven-page survey that, among other things, asks participants to provide their age and estimate on a scale of 1-10 how well they speak Tlingit. The final question sums up what the survey is after: "What do you think is the best way to pass the Tlingit language on to the younger generation?". (Juneau Empire)

    Communities and the grassroots future of tourism  Mar 2, 2009
    The current Phase 3 is a two-year project, funded by the Administration for Native Americans (ANA), that will build on the previous two CBHV development phases.
