    He beat his ex-wife in the head with a baseball bat when she arrived at his Wind Lake house to pick up their two daughters.     A 39-year-old Wind Lake woman told town police that at 6:45 p.m. May 21 she was walking with her children and a neighbor and her children on the bike path near Meyer Park when an unknown white male jumped out of some bushes and started walking toward the women. The women tried to make a protective ring around their kids and the woman who filed the complaint positioned her house key between her thumb and forefinger in preparation to use it as a weapon. He said that he could not remember any of the events of that day and while he may be able to regain his memory through treatment, he had no desire to recall the events, if what Teri Jendusa-Nicolai said happened really occurred.
