Temperatures could dip below freezing Thursday night in Albany but will come with clear skies, and by the time rain rolls in Saturday and Sunday, so will warmer temperatures in the 40s and 50s.     Nancy-Carroll Draper, 85, namesake of the Buffalo Bill Historical center s Draper Museum of Natural History, died Jan. 9 at her Slide Mountain Ranch on the upper South Fork.     So far this spring, the invading bug army has yet to appear, giving assistant camp caretaker Donna Dougherty hope that the area around Slide Mountain, the highest peak in the Catskills, will be spared another onslaught. Dougherty may have cause to be optimistic, as state wildlife officials predict a slackening of the outbreak that started in 2002 around St. Lawrence and Jefferson counties and has spread across the state.     Tahoe Skiers Make The Most Of Scant Holiday Snow  Feb 20, 2007
    At Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe south of Reno, about 95 percent of the ski area is open on the Mount Rose side and about 75 percent on the Slide Mountain side, according to Murray Blaney, director of sales and marketing.
