    East Mountain home sales through October 1, 2008 totaled 278 compared to 349 for the same period in 2007, according to a montly report compiled by Seth Jacob, a Sandia Park-based residential real estate broker with. In October, there were 398 homes listed for sale with 22 homes sold in the region east of Albuquerque that stretches from Tijeras and extends east to Edgewood and as far north as Sandia Park.
