There are always specials and interesting ones too, like line-caught codfish and lobster with edamame, saffron sauce and fried green beans and much more to choose from on the menu including a five-course tasting menu, a remarkably delicate salmon on fingerling potatoes with asparagus and a Kobe cap steak with a porcini mushroom dust, crispy fried potatoes and rosemary roasted carrots, both fairly traditional but each with its own flair, but now I get to write the words I rarely am able to save...
