    Henry's Hard Sell  Oct 10, 2007
There's plenty of stuff on the DVR I want to watch as well, from Stephen Colbert to Jon Stewart to Anthony Bourdain; to Damages and CBS Sunday Morning (even if it's Thursday evening) and a couple movies. The last thing I'm worried about is changing pay television services. (Multichannel News)

    Oversaturated  Oct 5, 2007
Last night, I was trying to concentrate on the semi-live finale of "Top Chef,'' the popular cooking competition on the Bravo network. The contestants are always engaging, the editing is good, and the challenges imaginative. You think they've sliced the herb as finely as it can be done. And then a surprise guest like famed chef and restaurateur Todd English slides in and chops even finer -- as a sous chef. But that's digressive. Craft master: Chef Colicchio  Sep 13, 2007
It's unusual for all those skills to go together, said Anthony Bourdain, another well-known New York chef and author who has served as a guest judge on Top Chef.
