    Students incorporate balance training and walking safely into each lesson while residents ork up a sweat doing their leg strengtheners, barbell exercises, stairstep practicing, stretching and abdominal muscle toning. One of the program's star pupils is 102-year-old Charlie Bradt, who has been taking part in the program for years and already has outlasted the late George Burns by two years.
