    Planned Parenthood has created the nation's largest network of sex educators, who teach teens in schools nationwide, every day, how to protect themselves from unintended pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections, including HIV/AIDS.. Congress should put the right foot forward and immediately stop funding for dangerous abstinence-only programs that deny young people information about how to prevent pregnancy, protect their health and make responsible decisions.     The open-minded Guttmacher Institute provided survey results from abortion providers nationwide, and they concluded that the decline in abortions was due to more effective contraceptive use, lower levels of unintended pregnancy and greater difficulty obtaining an abortion in some parts of the country ...
