Phyllis MacMillan tapped as new librarian for Marlin's Public Library Nov 13, 2009
MacMillan volunteers to help with the Texas Book Festival and has also volunteered at the National Book Festival in Washington, DC. For six years, she has been a board member of the Marlin Public Library, and has served as its Chairman and Secretary. Ms. MacMillan will assume her duties at the Marlin Library in June 2010 when her current school contract is complete. (Marlin Democrat, TX)
