    New York African Diaspora Film Festival Kicks Off 13th Season  Nov 27, 2005
    Over the next couple of weeks, thousands are expected to attend the New York African Diaspora Film Festival. It features some 80 movies from 30 countries. (NY1 News)

    BAM will offer the best of the African Diaspora Film Festival Feb. 11-17 at its Rose Cinema; families may particularly want to see the Feb. 12 showing of "Kirikou and the Sorceress," an animated film directed by Michel Ocelet.
