Childcare Licensing investigated the allegations and found inappropriate discipline was used. " This doesn't necessarily mean workers found the specific complaint to be true but they did find children were hit while at the daycare. DHS let the daycare stay open after Tayor promised in her own handwriting not to hit kids. After that point, there were no more complaints of physical abuse and Taylor was never charged with a crime.
