    For example, a student taking algebra I may receive an A for the class, simply because the curriculum is easier, while a student who is taking calculus may receive a B or a C simply because the class is more challenging.     For example, let s say that the college math department on average starts at the class Calculus 2, but the only school that offers the proper courses to prepare me for this is Sumner Academy, so should I or any other student be penalized because our school doesn t have the books necessary to prepare us for this course.
