The Benton County school system consists of eight schools: Camden Central High School, Benton County Career and Technical Center, Camden Junior High School, Briarwood, Camden Elementary School, Big Sandy School, Holladay School and Adult Education. Has anyone noticed the rather pathetic list of Adult Education classes offered by the Butte School District. Not too long ago, not only were the offerings posted in several of the local newspapers on at least two occasions prior to each session, but there was a full slate of classes offered three nights a week. "I think that was a good thing to come to our attention," he said, adding that the district should do a better job of tracking students who may be moving out of the country, leaving to attend adult education classes or just dropping out.
