During a recent county meeting, commissioners agreed to half of the plans from the foundation that include improvements to Bearcat Stadium, construction of a new studio theater and renovating the Valk classroom building all at Northwest Missouri State University. However, they also agreed that too many questions have been left unanswered concerning a proposal pertaining to the purchase and construction of a new alumni enter that would be owned and operated by the foundation located at the...
