    After a 6-4 win in the opener at Allen County Saturday, the Blue Devils dropped a gut-wrenching 6-5 11-inning nightcap before sweeping North Central College 10-0 and 10-4 in non-conference action at Community America Ballpark on Sunday. The split at Allen left the Blue Devils in seventh place at 16-14 but only 2 _ games out of second with three doubleheaders left on the road including Labette today and Fort Scott Thursday.
