    She coached basketball at Immaculata College, worked at Radnor day camps under Encke for 20 years, spent a few years on the United States Field Hockey team, and sat on Radnor Township's Parks and Recreation Board, to name some of her activities. As a youngster, Shillingford said, she "played every sport that came down the pike. That's what you did, and it was fun."     A Milwaukee native, Paczesny arrived at the small liberal arts college in Hamburg as a psychology and philosophy instructor in 1962, when the school was still Immaculata College and housed in a wing of the Franciscan Sisters of St. Joseph motherhouse.
