    The Friends organization hired Kurt Peterson, chairman of the history department at North Park University in Chicago, to write the book on the property. It will likely be a coffee table book, Parsons said, and while the organization is aware of Phipps and Dotson s legal battle, he wasn t sure if that part of the history will be included.
