    Cameron, a McPherson College graduate who also has had a coaching stop at Canton-Galva among other places, had been the basketball coach and athletic director at Buhler for nearly 20 years, but now has returned to Newton in an attempt to recreate the great teams he had back in the early 1980s when the Railers were a force, led by such All-State standouts as Todd Christian and Jay Franz.     The easy way out for McPherson College women's coach Marcus Hicks would have been to complain about the officiating after the Bulldogs' 81-80 overtime loss to Tabor here Saturday, which in the eyes of Hicks and Bluejay coach Shawn Winter was as wildly inconsistent as the Kansas weather, judging by their reactions throughout the game.
