Frostburg State University is accepting scholarship applications for the William ronc and Verna Miller Ternent Scholarship, an award that benefits residents of the George's Creek area (permanent address zip codes of 21521, 21539, 21542 or 21562). To qualify, recipients must have unmet financial need as determined by FSU. Award values are 1,000 or more and the student may receive the scholarship for four consecutive years if he or she maintains an overall grade point average of 3.
