    A Dickinson College student flagged down Carlisle Police early Saturday morning to report he had just been assaulted and robbed. At about 3:30 a.m. on Saturday, the 17-year-old student told police that a white male and black male assaulted and robbed him of his wallet which contained more that $150 cash and credit cards and a cell phone near the intersection of Pomfret and South West Streets, according to police reports.
