So he used a real death row inmate, a real warden and a real death row priest in his film, which tells the fictional story of two filmmakers who made a documentary about the last seven days of an execution.     Moses Lewis, 28, was booked at Kittitas County Jail for residential burglary and malicious mischief second degree, the latest charges against the former Central Washington University football star. Lewis, a former record-setting wide receiver for Central, arrived at what was reported to be his girlfriend s apartment in the 1800 block of Walnut Street to find no one home, according to police reports.     ELLENSBURG The Professional Educators Standards Board Review Panel has upheld a decision that Central Washington University did not meet state standards in its Teacher Preparation Program. Connie Lambert, CWU s interim dean of the College of Education and Professional Studies, said she was disappointed by the decision but said she thought the university would meet the standards during a site visit scheduled for April 19.
