    The No. 1 Carroll College Saints stuffed the top running back in the Frontier Conference, sacked a scrambling quarterback seven times and did everything they could to punish the MSU-Northern Lights offense in their 37-0 win at Nelson Stadium.     A trio of injuries overshadowed the Carroll College football team s 59-13 win over Rocky Mountain Saturday in Billings, but the injuries morphed into bruises by Monday. Saints coach Mike Van Diest said the injured players, running back Gabe Le, linebacker Brandon Day and receiver Christian Prosperie, would all likely be available to practice by the end of the week as the team prepares for a key game against Montana State University-Northern at Nelson Stadium.
