I tried to be of some assistance so I asked the waitress if she had a first aid kit for my friend in the car. As she sat John and I at our table, she told us that their first aid kit wouldn t be of much help because it was for more major injuries, like if the dishwasher accidentally cut off his hand while slicing lemongrass ... Evidently, the waitress did have a normal band-aid hidden beneath the torniquet in the first aid kit. (San Antonio Current, TX)
