On a recent rainy morning, as a massive fog covering hovered over Marblehead Harbor, a line of SUVs piled up outside the Pleon Yacht Club, and one by one, parents waved goodbye to their kids, who did not look back as they ran up the clubhouse planks carrying in backpacks and equipment.
