May 15 at 5:32 p.m. the department investigated an accident on West North Avenue at Greenlaw Blvd. involving a 1996 Jeep Cherokee operated by Cody James Dawkins, 18, of Xenia, a 1998 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight operated by Karen D.
