    Fourth-quarter profits are likely to decline more than 19 percent, said Ken Perkins, president of research company RetailMetrics LLC.     QUEENSBURY State Police are looking for two men suspected of stealing a woman's purse and using her credit cards to shop at Wal-Mart. Photos taken by a surveillance camera at the entrance to the store show two men carrying bags, at approximately 4 p.m. The men also used the cards at the other stores in the Mount Royal Plaza, off Route 9 in Queensbury, according to police.
