Biltmore Fashion Park retail mix changing Oct 27, 2007
The Biltmore Fashion Park was opened in 1963 and purchased in 2003 by Westcor, a subsidiary of The Macerich Company, the largest owner and manager of commercial properties in Arizona. Karen Litton, the senior property manager for the Biltmore, said that the changes are all part of the strategic remerchandising plan that took place after the purchase of the property in 2003.
