Focus Enhancements gets delist warning over share value Jul 22, 2008
Campbell-based Focus Enhancements (NASDAQ:FCSE) said the warning is because its stock doesn't meet the market value of publicly held shares requirement for continued listing. The company said it will submit a request by July 28 for a hearing with the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel, which will automatically stay the delisting of the company's securities pending a hearing.
