If you aren't familiar with that term, it was coined (I think) by sf writer Larry Niven in a series of stories set in a futre where transplant technology has been perfected and life has become cheap on both sides of the law. On the criminal side, 'organleggers' - dealers in bootlegged transplant materials - not only do a brisk business selling organs to the highest bidder, they also procure the meat by doing whatever wetwork might be required.
