Born in Portsmouth on Sept. 6, 1921, he was the son of Peter and Annie Fullam. He attended St. Patrick School and was a graduate of Portsmouth High School. Richard attended Georgetown University and graduated from the University of New Hampshire and medical school at Saint Louis University. He was a B-24 pilot during World War II in the China...
